Catalina Madre subdivision is a gorgeous community spanning both sides of Catalina Highway from Avenida del Conejo to Homestead Avenue, South of Snyder. Situated near the base of Mount Lemmon it is easy to capture the amazing mountain views from almost every property. Wood Brothers built 127 ranch style homes in Catalina Madre I & II between 1979-1985. Parcels are approximately one acre each and horses are allowed on most of them.
